This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information

Salary Negotiable

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of project management experience required. A related advanced degree may be used in lieu of experience.

Job Duties

  • Manage 3-5 DSRIP projects under the direction of the DSRIP Manager or Assistant Director.
  • Manage Stakeholder and Project leadership relationships.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans to measure and manage progress against the budget/plan.
  • Provide reports to executive leadership as requested/needed.
  • Exercise decision-making and problem solving skills to meet project targets, deadlines and budgets.
  • Assist with development of project scope and budget.
  • Facilitate team meetings between stakeholders, project leaders, and the DSRIP team.
  • Communicate regularly with project analysts and leaders to insure deadlines and targets are met.
  • Resolve conflicts and/or develops potential solutions for meeting project goals.
  • Stay abreast of Clinical Operations to ensure project metrics and budgets are being met.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring activities.
  • Perform online reporting to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
