Project Manager - Architecture to oversee architectural projects from kickoff through completion. This is a dedicated project management role focused on project delivery, client relationships, team coordination, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.
Unlike traditional architectural roles, this position does not involve day-to-day design production or drafting. Instead, you'll work alongside our architectural and technical professionals, providing the leadership, organization, and coordination needed to deliver successful projects. If you enjoy managing the moving parts of a project more than producing the drawings yourself, this could be a great next step in your career.

- Build Client Relationships: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, communicate project progress, and help maintain strong working relationships.
- Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and contractors to keep projects organized and moving forward.
- Manage Project Performance: Monitor project budgets, schedules, resources, and overall performance. Identify potential challenges and work with project teams to resolve issues.
- Guide Project Teams: Provide direction, establish expectations, and help ensure team members have the information and resources needed to successfully complete their work.
- Oversee Project Administration: Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, meeting coordination, and other project-related responsibilities.
- Maintain Quality and Accountability: Help ensure projects meet contractual requirements, client expectations, and Thompson & Litton's standards.
