Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent IA certification
• 3+ years in DevSecOps development strategies
• 3+ years experience with Agile processes and tools
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance (QA) application testing
• Experience managing budgets across multiple projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple application modernization projects
• Gather requirements from stakeholders
• Estimate level of effort for development
• Draft development stories for teams
• Facilitate backlog reviews and sprint planning meetings
• Coordinate resources across projects
• Review QA results and perform final project reviews
• Manage master project schedule and reprioritize efforts
