Standard Job DescriptionThis position requires Final Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.The Program Security Representative will provide multi-disciplined security support for various programs at the Littleton (Waterton Canyon), Colorado Campus.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpret and implement the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117 , DoD 5205.7 and ICD manuals and directives.
- Keep up to date on all changes to security policy and directives issued by cognizant Government Security organizations.
- Prepare security plans, procedures and briefings for all areas of the security department.
- Partner with internal and external customers and teammates.
- Security operations such as physical security, visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, security investigations, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections, risk identification/mitigation and other tasks as required.
Basic Qualifications- Final Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain TS/SCI access
- Demonstrated knowledge of the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117
- Knowledge of industrial security, SCI programs and facilities (ICD 705)
Desired Skills- Previous Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) Experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
