Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Process Management team plays a critical role in building a scalable, compliant, and high-quality hiring ecosystem. We focus on: - Hiring Process Excellence: Defining process and governance standards and enhancing candidate experience - Interview Evaluation: Strengthening assessment frameworks and interviewer enablement - Hiring Compliance: Establishing clear policies and operational rigor to ensure adherence to company standards and local regulatory requirements across markets Our goal is to enable hiring teams to operate with clarity and precision - while continuously improving how we hire. Responsibilities This role is highly cross-functional and execution-oriented, with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance-sensitive workflows, and scalable process implementation across the recruiting lifecycle. As a Program Partner, you will: - Own and drive end-to-end implementation of recruiting process and operational programs, with a strong focus on compliance-related initiatives and globally scalable solutions where applicable. - Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Employment Legal, Systems, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into practical and scalable workflows. - Lead operational readiness for new process rollouts, including governance, documentation, communications, and change management. - Identify recurring operational pain points and escalations, and drive durable improvements through process changes, automation, or workflow enhancements. - Monitor operational health signals and recurring themes to proactively surface risks and improve workflow usability, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, program/process management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and operational dependencies across the hiring lifecycle. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and operational problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualification(s) - Familiarity with compliance frameworks or hiring-related regulatory requirements across different countries - Experience working in a regional or global environment

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
