Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system.
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance and HVAC.
Preferred qualifications:- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience planning/scheduling mission-critical facility maintenance.
- Ability to develop strategic plans/forecasts.
About the jobThe Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of planning and scheduling of maintenance work. In order to fulfill these responsibilities in the most effective manner, you will work with the site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define trades and crafts, and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective, and efficient plan/schedule. Additionally, you will provide the equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities and work management processes.
You will be responsible for the use and administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program at a site level.

Responsibilities - Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling resources for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with facility management in developing and maintaining schedules and resource leveling using the site CMMS program.
- Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Manage CMMS and work management processes at the site level for daily data center operations.
- Utilize comprehensive analytics from CMM data to assist the Facilities Managers (FM) team in their decision-making efforts.
