Responsibilities
- Coordinating efforts of cross-functional engineering and business teams across the full project development and deployment project lifecycle. - Identifying stakeholder and end-user needs, pain points, use cases, trends and related services for use in product development roadmaps. - Serving as liaison between engineering and business teams, leveraging specialized technical and business experience and acumen to translate and communicate complex technical and non-technical information between teams to ensure the efficient completion of projects. - Preparing and delivering detailed and effective project status information to broad and diverse groups of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timeline, risk, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget. - Analyzing use cases to produce meaningful insights that drive project progress and influence project roadmaps. - Working with project teams to plan, allocate, and monitor resources throughout project implementation, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are effectively carried out. - Interpreting data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement of project outcomes.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management (any), Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management (any), Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: - Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; - Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning and marketing; - Working within project team settings to diagnose project problems, making determinative project decisions, influencing project direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving organizational change; - Performing market assessments of business opportunities by conducting competitive analysis, estimating market size, and building revenue models to support product strategy decisions; and - Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $168559 - $223200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
