Qualifications

• Must have US citizenship due to ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Lead efforts to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform inspections to ensure raw materials and products meet quality standards.
• Monitor quality metrics and suggest enhancements based on findings.
• Conduct site visits to suppliers and customers for quality assessments and feedback.
• Facilitate new supplier onboarding and conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections.
• Carry out internal and supplier audits to ensure ISO9001 compliance.
