Advise C-suite and senior executives on digital strategy, innovation roadmaps, and transformation at scale

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA, advanced degree, professional designation, and relevant certifications would be considered an asset
15 to 20+ years of relevant experience, including subject matter and domain expertise roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design, and operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
Demonstrated expertise in mining, industrial operations, or asset-intensive environments
Deep knowledge and expertise with digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation, industrial systems, OT/IT integration, and connected operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and multidisciplinary teams and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
An overview of BBA's total rewards
Annual base salary from $128,000 to $195,000+
