- Lead and/or support business development as well as project delivery
What You Bring- Solid experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors, including significant exposure to digital transformation
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs with tangible business impact
- Deep understanding of operations (e.g., mining and/or other industrial sectors, processing, asset management) and enabling technologies (data, AI, automation, OT/IT integration, telecommunications, networks)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at board and C-suite levels
- A pragmatic, value-driven mindset-focused on outcomes, not technology for its own sake
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or senior industry leadership roles

Summary of certification and job requirements- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA, advanced degree, professional designation, and relevant certifications would be considered an asset
- 15 to 20+ years of relevant experience, including subject matter and domain expertise roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design, and operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
- Demonstrated expertise in mining, industrial operations, or asset-intensive environments
- Deep knowledge and expertise with digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation, industrial systems, OT/IT integration, and connected operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and multidisciplinary teams and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
An overview of BBA's total rewards - Annual base salary from $128,000 to $195,000+
