Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field
At least 15 or more years of relevant experience, including subject matter and domain expertise roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design and operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
Solid experience in mining, energy or industrial sectors, including significant exposure to digital transformation
Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs with tangible business impact
Deep understanding of industrial operations (e.g., mining, processing, asset management) and enabling technologies (data, AI, automation, OT/IT integration, telecommunications, networks)
Recognized expertise in digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation and connected operations
Experience in consulting, advisory or senior industry leadership roles within industry
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence board members and C-suite leaders
Pragmatic, value-driven mindset, focused on outcomes rather than technology alone
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value for senior executives and multidisciplinary teams
