- MINT Memory Clinic
- Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program
- Specialist clinics: psychiatry, cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, optometry, geriatric medicine, gynecology, chiropody, and audiology
Clinic LocationsWe currently operate four well-established clinics across Scarborough and Richmond Hill, and continue to expand in Markham and Stouffville to support continued growth and community needs.
Employees will be assigned to a location that aligns with their preferences and residence, with occasional rotation to support clinic operations.
We are currently seeking a
Physiotherapist to join our Family Health Team.
Terms: Full Time Permanent / Part Time Permanent
Pay range : $85,000 - $106,000
Responsibilities:- Provide community-based physiotherapy services within full scope of practices outlined by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, including but not limited to assessment, diagnosis and education intervention
- Diagnose and assist diverse clients with acute and chronic health conditions and rehabilitation needs, from the lens of chronic disease prevention and management
- Provide physiotherapy services independently and within a team, including rehabilitation assistants
- Ensuring practice is consistent with professional standards and the ethical framework as outlined by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and organizational policy, practice and values
- Demonstrating commitment to professional life long learning by participating in continuing education activities to meet the needs of the patient population served and the standards of the profession
- Performing reflective practice, analyzing and evaluating physiotherapy knowledge and modifying practice accordingly to improve the quality of patient care
- Performing cross-functional and other responsibilities, as assigned and/or requested
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation adhering to agency standards
- Participate actively in program development and evaluation
Requirements:- Master of Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registration and licensed to practice (in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
- 3 years related clinical experience in the community setting
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Demonstrated capability to plan and recommend continued self-care programs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Shown capacity to make independent judgment and work without supervision
- Proficiency in English; a second language reflecting local community, such as Cantonese, is an asset
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle for business purposes
- Current vulnerable sector check (completed within one year)
