Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a
new graduate or experienced Physical Therapist who wants to develop clinically, work with a supportive team, and build a long-term career in outpatient physical therapy.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting
- Treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients regarding their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate as a collaborative member of the rehabilitation team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree
- Current or pending South Carolina Physical Therapist license
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus, but not required
- Interest in orthopedic, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
