Full Job Description
We are searching for a general dentist to join our team. This individual needs to have a great personality, want to treat and care for patients at the highest level, and enjoy learning new procedures as well as be open to using all the newest technology that dentistry has to offer. We offer a guaranteed daily rate plus commissioned pay whichever is greater. A motivated dentist joining our team could expect to earn over $200K or more in their very first year of employment. Our practice is lucky to welcome over 300 new patients through our doors each month. It will be a breeze for a new dentist to build their own patient base with us. Our benefits include health, dental, life, vision, and malpractice insurance coverage, 401K, and paid continuing education.
Our clinic provides the opportunity for a new dentist to collaborate and learn from other dentists every day. We conduct doctors only meetings and study clubs, so we can go over cases and systems. It is an amazing place to find mentorship and guidance with some of the most difficult cases from dentists that have 15-20 years of experience.
