  • Partner with technical teams to build and support APIs, Workday web services, middleware solutions, and integration frameworks.
  • See chances to improve operation processes using automation, AI, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Workday Developer Agent, Sana Agent Builder, Workday Extend or similar technologies).
  • Contribute to building custom applications through Workday Extend in cases where specialized payroll or People Operations solutions are necessary.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data validations that improve People Team accuracy, operational visibility, and decision making.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable corrective actions.
  • Support releases, regression testing, deployment planning, and post-production validation activities.
  • Partner with IT and Security to ensure integrations and payroll solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and governance standards.
