Full Job Description
The Role

As a Partner Manager you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding Yardstik's partner ecosystem, driving partner-sourced pipeline, and building the collaborative relationships that turn partnerships into a real growth engine. You'll be the connective tissue between our partners and our product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

You're comfortable owning a partner relationship end-to-end - from onboarding through joint business planning - and you know how to turn a partnership into a pipeline machine. This is a chance to shape how a fast-growing company builds and scales its partner ecosystem.

If you bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow partnerships the right way, you'll love this role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Existing Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and collaboration.
  • Pipeline Development: Drive pipeline growth through strategic engagement with partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration to maximize revenue and mutual success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including product development, marketing, sales, and leadership to align partner initiatives with company goals and priorities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring alignment with Yardstik's business objectives.
  • GTM Coordination: Collaborate with partners and internal teams on go-to-market strategies, including co-branded marketing campaigns, joint value propositions, event participation, and other demand generation activities to drive mutual growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage experience from the CRA (Consumer Reporting Agency) or background check software industry to provide insights, guidance, and best practices to partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in partner management, business development, or related roles, preferably within technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and negotiate agreements.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering value to partners and the organization.
