Job Overview
As a Partner Manager (IC2), you commercially own a portfolio of bank partnerships. You are high energy, low ego, and driven to act as the "CEO" of your assigned accounts. Once Account Executives land a bank partner, you take ownership of driving client onboarding, accelerating solution adoption, and securing renewals and upsells.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Ownership & Adoption: Autonomously manage full commercial responsibility (upsell, cross-sell, renewal) for assigned portfolios. Drive business client onboarding and usage post-land.
- Proactive Execution: Identify adoption triggers, construct data-driven business cases, and execute without waiting for top-down direction.
- Strategic & Tactical Balance: Master operational details while co-developing and executing Strategic Account Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Internal Quarterbacking: Coordinate internal teams (Solutions, Partner Success, Product, Legal) to solve bank challenges efficiently.
Competency & Experience Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS account management or commercial banking / payments .
- Operating Level: Consistently demonstrating IC3-level initiative and strategic thinking.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial treasury management, payment workflows, and financial tech stacks.
