About the jobAs a Partner Delivery Manager, you are the strategic orchestrator for a portfolio of Google's critical third-party partners. Placed at the absolute heart of the new gAP Organization, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from strategic planning and technical readiness to delivery governance and performance management.
Serving as a senior solutions and enablement bridge to partner C-suites, this hybrid role blends strategy, technical expertise, and program management. Responsibilities - Own and cultivate trusted partnerships with C-suite leaders across assigned portfolios, acting as the primary contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, and governance.
- Lead executive-level business reviews (e.g., QBRs) to evaluate performance against goals, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term partner health and satisfaction.
- Serve as the key link between partners and Google leadership teams across Agency Sales, regional gTech, and Product, translating partner needs into strategic internal priorities.
- Assess partner technical maturity, define tool requirements for Engineering teams, and orchestrate the gTech engagement journey to certify capabilities to deliver services at scale.
- Drive end-to-end delivery, consulting on activations and implementing robust quality assurance frameworks to validate that partner deliverables meet Google's technical standards prior to incentive validation.
