Position: National Account Manager Team Lead
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario and surrounding area

What to Expect:
This position is crucial for the success of Nestlé Professional, focusing on achieving revenue and profit targets through the leadership of a sales team that attracts and retains large non- commercial corporate customers. The national account sales team develops strategic customer relationships to manage complex contracts. The Team Lead oversees the creation of comprehensive strategies and Customer Business Plans to generate new and existing pipeline opportunities. Collaboration across functions is essential, and the Team Lead is also responsible for managing distributor relationships, field sales coordination, and forecasting, including potential new product development. This position is an existing vacancy.

A day in the life:
• Actively engage in the ICP (Integrated Commercial Plan) and OMP (Operating Master Plan) processes to define the national account sales strategy, implementing Channel Category and Customer Plans
• Ensure the successful achievement of sales plans by analyzing national account performance against targets and collaborating with the team to develop strategies for addressing any gaps
• Manage and monitor national and regional account pipelines for both existing and new business opportunities to meet sales targets
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with national account distributors and third-party partners (Brokers) to maximize results
• Develop and sustain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers within national account customers and key market influencers
• Possess in-depth industry knowledge across key segments and commercial/non-commercial channels, including but not limited to Full Serve, Quick Serve, Lodging, Healthcare, College and University, Travel, Grocery, and Manufacturers

Role Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years in progressive sales roles, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs, particularly regarding top and bottom-line business results
• Demonstrated success across various sales roles
• Proven ability to motivate and develop team members, with minimum 3 years of experience in direct people leadership
• Completed University Degree, preferably in Business Administration
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication, negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers
• A valid full driver's license and a clean driving record are required. The candidate must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation Range: $118,000.00 CAD to $139,000.00 CAD + bonus eligibility
