Engage and integrate with provider networks to improve patient experience, provider experience and clinical outcomes while making Summa Health the preferred health system of choice. Contributes to implementation and completion of key provider network strategies.
Formal Education Required:
-Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience & Training Required:
-Three (3) years in healthcare, health plan, customer service or closely related field.

-Demonstrated customer service focus and interpersonal skills which allow for positive, productive interactions with internal and external clients.
-Understanding of healthcare, commercial payer and governmental payer issues and trends.
-Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong organization and time management skills.
-Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
-Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

$30.91/hr - $46.36/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
