Position Details:Job Title: Natural ADABAS Developer
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid) with onsite presence as requested
Roles & Responsibilities: - Work with customers to understand user requirements
- Provide SME support to other Natural/ ADABAS developers
- Including SME knowledge of existing systems, the business, and customer's needs
- Design solutions that meet or exceed customer's requirements
- Develop software using Natural with ADABAS
- Develop and maintain software processes to transfer files using Connect Direct software
- Develop and maintain queues and flows using IBM MQ
- Develop and maintain application software connections using Software AG's Entire X Communicator (Broker)
- Use Atlassian tools including JIRA for requirements tracking

Education/Experience Requirements: - 15+ years of experience on large scale applications in a mainframe environment
- 5+ years' experience working with customers on defining requirements
- Expert proficiency programming in Natural using ADABAS
- Expert proficiency working with customers to define requirements
- Strong ability to design solutions across multiple systems or sub-systems
- Top Secret (T5 or T5R)
