BDO Digital is currently looking for a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Functional Consultant to join our growing Solution Operations (Managed Services) Practice on either a full-time permanent or contract basis, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. This is a new role that can be located anywhere in Canada, and the individual will own the following responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client D365 F&O Managed Services engagements, with an approximately 75% support and 25% project-based focus
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas
- Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite
- Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations
- Troubleshooting issues and reproducing the issues in a separate development environment
- Utilize effective communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance/support
- Apply Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to assist customers in deploying the solutions in a timely and effective manner

Your experience and education- Minimum 3-5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O managed services consulting and support experience, with strong expertise in the Supply Chain Management functional area
- Knowledge of one or more other functional areas of D365 F&O or an another ERP product, such as Finance, Sales or Talent/Human Resources, is preferred
- Previous experience working with a consulting firm is an asset but not required
- Dynamics 365 F&O /AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process
- Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
- Experience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Finance concepts and general module functionality.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles or working in Operational environment.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000 - $128,000 annually.
