About the Role:We're looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist for Events to support the Yardi Investment Suite team. You'll plan and execute integrated marketing for trade shows, client events we sponsor, and Yardi-hosted events, turning each one into pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
You'll partner with sales teams on event strategy and build campaigns that drive meeting scheduling before the show, on-site lead capture, and timely follow-up and nurture afterward. You'll work across key channels, including email, websites and landing pages, organic and paid LinkedIn, and select digital advertising, to promote our presence and fill calendars.
You'll also work closely with the Events team to make sure on-site staffing, logistics, and brand presence are well executed. You'll collaborate with our social media and client advocacy teams to amplify event moments, highlight client voices, and extend each event's reach beyond the venue. Along the way, you'll help develop supporting assets such as event landing pages, invitations, signage and booth messaging, and recap content.
