Overview:

Join Xerox as a Process Development Engineer and help shape the future of industrial inkjet technology. As part of the Printhead Manufacturing team, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes that support next-generation printhead products for Xerox and OEM customers. This role offers the opportunity to combine engineering expertise, innovation, and hands-on problem-solving to improve product performance, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes for industrial printhead products
  • Research and implement new technologies that enable future product development
  • Investigate yield, reliability, and performance challenges and implement process improvements
  • Apply continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and design for manufacturability principles to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product performance, cost, and project objectives


What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of process development and optimization
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges
  • Knowledge of process capability, Gage R&R, statistical analysis, and applied problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within project teams
