About the OpportunityJoin RBI's Talent Acquisition team as a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. In this hands-on role, you will support the day-to-day effectiveness of our recruiting operations, systems, and processes. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, Technology, and external vendors to improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience, increase recruiter efficiency, and ensure consistent execution across markets.

This position is based at our Toronto, Canada Restaurant Support Center and is on-site five days per week.
What You'll Work On- Manage and improve day-to-day Talent Acquisition operational processes, with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and user experience.
- Support administration and optimization of TA technology platforms, including ATS and CRM tools, workflows, permissions, configurations, and issue resolution.
- Analyze recruiting data and operational metrics-including time to fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and system adoption-to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with recruiters, HR, HR Technology, Legal, Technology, and other internal teams to implement process updates and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate and support TA technology enhancements, integrations, vendor releases, testing, and rollout activities.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation, standard operating procedures, job aids, and governance materials.
- Develop and deliver training and communications for recruiters, hiring managers, and other system users.
- Support change-management activities for new tools, workflows, and process improvements, gathering feedback and helping drive adoption.
- Manage vendor relationships for assigned tools and services, including issue escalation, regular check-ins, and tracking deliverables.
What You'll BringTechnical & Platform Expertise
- Hands-on experience administering, supporting, or optimizing an Applicant Tracking System, CRM, or related HR technology platform.
- Working knowledge of recruiting workflows, data fields, reporting, integrations, and user access management.
- Experience creating and interpreting recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled recruiting tools that improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, or candidate engagement.
Operational & Analytical Thinking
- A process-improvement mindset and ability to identify operational gaps, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Comfort using data and feedback to make recommendations and measure the impact of changes.
- Ability to balance global standards with local business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Ability to build productive relationships with recruiters, frontline managers, HR partners, technology teams, and vendors.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain processes and systems to varied audiences.
- Experience developing training materials, facilitating user training, or providing system support.
Project & Change Leadership
- Experience coordinating projects, process rollouts, system enhancements, or technology implementations.
- Ability to organize project plans, track actions and risks, coordinate testing, and support successful adoption.
- Experience maintaining documentation and supporting compliance with established processes and data standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, HRIS, HR Technology, or a related operational role.
- Hands-on experience supporting recruiting processes, systems, or technology-enabled improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Recruiting, Phenom, Paradox, or similar ATS, CRM, automation, or candidate-experience platform.
- Experience in a large, multi-site, or global organization.
- Background in project coordination, technology implementations, process improvement, or change management.
- Experience working with recruiting analytics, dashboards, or operational reporting.
- Highly organized, process-driven, intellectually curious, and motivated to improve how teams work.
Base salary range of $105,000 - $115,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan.
