Full Job Description
As the Manager, Global Media Investment, you will power SharkNinja's media engine by owning the day-to-day tracking, analysis, and reporting of our global media investment. This is a high-visibility role for an analytical, detail-oriented media professional who thrives on turning budget data and performance signals into clear, actionable recommendations.

The Manager, Global Media Investment will own the standards, systems, and partnerships that ensure every media dollar is allocated with precision and accountability, working across enterprise functions, global markets, and agency partners.

Responsibilities:

Investment Management & Reporting
  • Own day-to-day tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of the global marketing and media budget across enterprise priorities, seasonal initiatives, and core business drivers.
  • Operate the global investment governance model, maintaining the processes that enforce transparency, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor performance signals and bring recommended in-flight budget reallocations to media leadership with a clear point of view.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams as the media-side owner of forecasting inputs, monthly reconciliation, and investment reporting.

Partnerships & Agency Management
  • Manage enterprise-level partnerships, including DAAs, JBPs, and strategic platform agreements, through tracking, analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Manage global agency relationships day to day, holding partners to deliverables, fees, and value-added commitments.
  • Own and improve the tools, processes, and reporting frameworks that drive investment efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to unlock incremental business value through media partnerships.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on media trends, emerging platforms, and ad tech, bringing forward opportunities to test and learn.
  • Run pilots of new platforms and first-to-market opportunities, tracking results and codifying learnings into standard practice.
  • Drive media transformation initiatives that enhance agility, efficiency, and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the accountable point of contact for media investment questions across Marketing, Social, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Hold local market teams to consistency and accuracy of investment data and reporting, while accounting for market nuance.
  • Direct in-house teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of investment plans.
  • Own investment summaries and performance updates for senior media leadership.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in media investment, media planning/buying, financial planning, or marketing operations-ideally in product technology, CPG, or high-growth consumer categories.
  • Experience managing sizable media budgets with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including budget tracking, ROI analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Working command of agency operations, media buying across digital and traditional channels, and platform partnerships.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority in a global, matrixed organization.
  • A passion for innovation, a bias for action, and a drive to deliver measurable business impact through media investment.

Experience
  • Owned budget management and investment reporting at a large or high-growth brand, or within a media agency serving enterprise clients.
  • Built or improved investment governance, budgeting processes, or reporting at scale.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable business impact through media analysis and optimization.
