Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; graduate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience, ideally in cardiac care.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN licensure is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the Heart Failure Program in the Charlotte Region.
• Oversee the development and operation of the program to enhance patient care.
• Guide staff development towards achieving program goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements as needed.
