What you will do- Support development and implementation of global KPMG risk management policies, processes, procedures and tools
- Support the development and implementation of global KPMG risk management policies, processes, procedures and tools
- Collaborate with business and global teams to assess and address emerging risks and respond to quality and risk management queries
- Support strategic projects related to compliance, controls, risk identification and remediation, process improvement and other related initiatives
- Develop action plans to address identified risk issues and prepare analysis and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders
- Support the Global Quality Performance Review program, including updates to questionnaires, tools and content, and provide guidance based on results from a global perspective
- Support other ad hoc projects and responsibilities, as required
What you bring to the role- 3-5 years of experience in a large professional services firm or similar environment, with prior risk management and/or compliance experience
- Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, business or a related field, or a CPA designation
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial services and risk management/compliance
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), with proficiency in MS Teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team
#LI-HybridKPMG Ontario Region Pay Range InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $110,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
