Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Treasury Management:
    • Manage corporate cash functions for all RBI entities, including cash flow forecasting, monitoring foreign exchange requirements, and negotiating investment rates with financial institutions.
    • Create short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and budgets for review with senior finance executives, including the Treasurer and CFO.
    • Report monthly and quarterly on cash flow and working capital performance, identifying key drivers and trends.
  • Financial Strategy & Analysis:
    • Lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for assigned business units, collaborating with operational and finance leaders.
    • Perform financial and operational analysis of business segments to assess performance, identify risks, and evaluate opportunities.
    • Build, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models to support business decisions and help operational teams plan future growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Support & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary finance resource for decision-making, working closely with senior leaders across multiple departments.
    • Provide financial and analytical support for special projects and strategic initiatives, offering insights that guide business objectives and growth.
    • Present analyses, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or other strategic financial roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and use of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables.
    • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SAP (preferred).
    • Knowledge of foreign exchange, capital markets, and corporate finance.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to senior executives.
    • Self-motivated, with a strong ownership mentality and attention to detail.

Salary:

Base salary range of $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan.
