What you will be doing:

The Digital Marketing Delivery Manager is responsible for collaborating & delivering the end-to-end customer journey for their respective digital marketing campaigns. Partnering with Acquisition, Primacy, and Deposits Product Owners, as well as Marketing Planners, to drive alignment and execution across the full owned digital marketing funnel. Responsible for developing the campaign go- to-market strategy aligned to business objectives provided by Strategy & Planning.

The successful candidate will possess data driven decision making skills, with strong understanding of channel and digital marketing best practice, along with experience working in a sales organization.

The Digital Marketing Delivery Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Delivery.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will be:
  • Lead the development of the overall digital marketing campaign go-to-market strategy, and act as a channel owner to build best in class campaigns, test & optimization strategy and personalization. Applies an iterative approach to continuously test & optimizes across channels.
  • Launch digital marketing campaigns through owned channel tactics like email, push notifications, Mobile ads, .com ads, .com landing pages and more.
  • Work closely with editorial and creative teams to build content aligned with marketing strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally within Marketing, Client experience, customer insights, product management, contact centers, etc. to effectively develop and execute growth and retention focused communications and analyze their success.
  • Supports marketing strategies to generate results based on solid analysis including client behavior, channel optimization, profiling & segmentation to drive message relevance.
  • Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio Pro to assess campaign performance, implement mid-flight optimizations, and extract actionable insights to inform future strategy.
  • Establish trusted collaborative working relationships with other members of the Tangerine Marketing and product teams
  • Ensure Tangerine remains in compliance, and is aware of all banking/regulatory requirements, amendments and responsibilities.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
  • University Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience - MBA from a leading institution is highly desirable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in demanding digital-oriented Tier-1 organizations (e.g. Telco, Banking, Retail, Technology, etc.)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of strategic digital marketing experience leading in an agile/quick to market environment is an asset
  • Relevant Everyday Banking /Investments/Wealth and/or credit card marketing experience would be an asset
  • AI fluency
  • A craving to contribute to a high-performing team
  • Ability to drive results in periods of change
  • Track record of fostering an inclusive culture
