The Manager, Agility and Change is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading Agile delivery and organizational change management across complex Finance transformation initiatives. The role drives execution, strengthens delivery practices, and leads change strategies that improve team effectiveness, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business value. Working across project teams, product teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders, the Manager provides hands-on delivery leadership, facilitates decision-making, anticipates risks, and translates strategic priorities into sustainable business outcomes.
Position Overview- The Manager, Agility and Change leads and enables transformation efforts by integrating Agile delivery practices with organizational change management disciplines. The Manager works closely with project leads, product teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to improve delivery effectiveness, strengthen execution, and enable successful and sustained adoption of change.
- This role is suited for an experienced professional who can operate independently in complex, cross-functional environments; translate strategy into actionable delivery and change plans; and influence outcomes without relying on formal authority. The successful candidate anticipates business and stakeholder needs, exercises sound judgment, challenges existing approaches constructively, and assumes ownership for workstreams and outcomes with limited direction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile delivery and change enablement for complex Finance transformation initiatives and assigned workstreams, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, deliverables, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Assume end-to-end ownership for assigned initiatives and proactively address issues that could affect delivery, adoption, or business value.
- Partner with project leaders, product teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to establish effective delivery approaches, clarify priorities, align decision-makers, and drive execution across interdependent workstreams.
- Design and facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, workshops, decision forums, and stakeholder working sessions that resolve complex issues, build shared ownership, and move teams from discussion to action. Adapt facilitation and leadership approaches to the needs of the audience, initiative, and business environment.
- Establish and maintain appropriate delivery governance, including milestones, action and change logs, decision records, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths. Drive accountability for commitments, remove or escalate obstacles, and provide clear recommendations when delivery or adoption is at risk.
- Develop executive-ready deliverables, including project updates, decision materials, executive presentations, talking points, change impact assessments, stakeholder strategies, adoption plans, and communications that synthesize complex information and support timely decision-making.
- Use qualitative and quantitative information, stakeholder feedback, delivery indicators, and lessons learned to evaluate progress, identify emerging risks, recommend corrective actions, and improve delivery and change outcomes.
- Lead change assessments for assigned initiatives by identifying impacted stakeholder groups, evaluating readiness, anticipating resistance and adoption risks, and developing integrated change strategies that support stakeholder understanding, capability, behavior change, and sustained adoption.
- Lead or coordinate the development and execution of change activities, including communications, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, reinforcement, and resistance management. Ensure change activities are integrated with the broader delivery plan rather than managed as separate efforts.
- Advise project teams and business leaders on Agile delivery and change management practices, applying methods pragmatically based on the initiative's complexity, risks, stakeholder needs, and operating environment.
- Build organizational capability by developing tools, standards, playbooks, and reusable approaches; leading practical learning sessions; coaching project participants; and enabling teams to apply Agile and change practices independently.
- Contribute to Agility & Change Enablement priorities and broader Finance initiatives by leading discrete projects, improving departmental practices, and identifying opportunities to increase innovation, effectiveness, adoption, and business value
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Agile delivery, project or program delivery, business transformation, organizational change management, business analysis, or related roles, including demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives or workstreams.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, with demonstrated experience applying these approaches pragmatically in business, operational, or technology-enabled transformation environments.
- Demonstrated ability to improve delivery effectiveness through planning, prioritization, facilitation, dependency management, risk management, retrospectives, flow management, and continuous improvement.
- Strong working knowledge of organizational change management practices, including change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and engagement, leadership alignment, communications, training, readiness, resistance management, reinforcement, and adoption measurement.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing change strategies or plans for cross-functional initiatives and integrating change activities with project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, establish credibility with business and project leaders, navigate differing perspectives, and drive stakeholders toward decisions and commitments without formal authority.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage ambiguity, anticipate risks, and make practical recommendations on complex delivery and change challenges.
- Experience leading meetings, workshops, and learning sessions with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including managers and senior leaders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information, develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations, tailor messages for different audiences, and facilitate productive discussions on sensitive or complex topics.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and strong proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with Jira or comparable work management and collaboration tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use emerging technologies, including generative AI, responsibly to improve analysis, problem-solving, productivity, learning, and the quality of business deliverables.
- Ability to build trust, collaborate across functions, foster shared ownership, and maintain momentum in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
- Experience working in Finance, Operations, Media and Entertainment, or other corporate functions is preferred.
- Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven, or control-oriented environments is a plus.
- Agile, Scrum, Kanban, project management, or change management certifications are preferred but not required.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000-$135,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
