Defensive Engineering Product Ops Specialist reporting to the Head of Defensive Engineering.
You will support Defensive Engineering teams with product planning, Scrum coordination, metrics, reporting, and delivery tracking. You will work with product managers, security engineers, GTS product owners, and other stakeholders to help teams stay organized and focused on security outcomes.
What you will be responsible forAs a
Defensive Engineering Product Ops Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and team meetings.
- Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery updates.
- Collect and organize product metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and scorecards.
- Prepare product updates, dashboards, and leadership reports.
- Follow up with teams on actions, blockers, and delivery commitments.
- Support product managers with governance meetings and product reviews.
- Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs.
- Help improve common product practices across Defensive Engineering.

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience through employment, internships, projects, or coursework in product operations, technology, project coordination, reporting, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Experience with backlog management or dashboard tools is helpful.
- Agile, Scrum, product management, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus but not required.
Additional Requirements- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work across different teams and priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Work Requirement- Hybrid work model in accordance with company policy.
- Standard business hours, with flexibility for occasional global meetings.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
