- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in ticketing systems, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow up actions.
- Collaborate with senior engineering teams to escalate complex issues, convey customer context, and support efficient resolution cycles.
- Proactively identify recurring issues, propose improvements to knowledge articles, and contribute to a stable, well documented support ecosystem.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring users feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the troubleshooting process.

- Demonstrated ability to convert legacy workflows and forms into cloud-ready automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience supporting migration efforts from SharePoint Server (SE) to SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency developing and maintaining enterprise dashboards/reports with Power BI.
- Ability to support modern UI development and application refactoring for SPO limitations (e.g., replacing CEWP/custom script solutions with SPFx).
