We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed! to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.
You'll make a difference by:
Supervising one of the teams responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving material, storing material, picking and kitting material, and delivering material to the assembly lines.
Handling Team scheduling and daily assignments.
Managing warehouse cycle counting, root cause, and will be involved in the resolution of all discrepancies related to the warehouse.
This position has significant interaction with every other Department in the plant.

Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years' experience in manufacturing or warehouse distribution environments and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.)
1 or more years of experience supervising/leading small to medium size teams.
Leadership skills with the ability to work with different levels in organization.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentations skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply-chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of education (High School Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
