Full Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Program Manager, Market Readiness & Growth Programs, serves as the strategic interface between Professional Services and key commercial stakeholder groups across OpenText, including Business Unit Specialist Sales, Professional Services Business Unit Leads, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales Leadership. This role ensures Professional Services is aligned to evolving product growth strategies, sales motions, market priorities, and strategic account initiatives by translating those signals into actionable growth programs, go-to-market plans, enablement strategies, commercialization activities, and portfolio recommendations.

Success requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizations that do not report into Professional Services. The individual will act as a central point of coordination, insight, and execution, helping ensure Professional Services participates in the right growth opportunities, develops the right market-facing assets, and invests in the right portfolio priorities.

YOU ARE GREAT AT

Strategic Market Alignment
  • Translate evolving sales, product, and market priorities into clear actions for Professional Services.
  • Build trusted relationships across BUSS, Business Unit Leads, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Portfolio teams.
  • Ensure PS investments, GTM motions, and enablement priorities align with OpenText growth objectives.

Growth Program Leadership
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that accelerate strategic growth priorities.
  • Establish clear goals, governance, and success measures across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Drive alignment and execution without direct organizational authority.

Portfolio & Commercial Insight
  • Identify market opportunities, capability gaps, and emerging customer needs.
  • Convert field intelligence into actionable recommendations for Portfolio and Offer Development teams.
  • Influence future services strategy through evidence-based business insights.

Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Facilitate alignment among senior leaders with competing priorities.
  • Present concise recommendations and business cases to executive audiences.
  • Represent Professional Services in strategic planning, commercialization, and growth forums.

  • Experience working with sales organizations, product organizations, and executives.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to connect market trends to commercial opportunities.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable synthesizing large amounts of information into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Professional Services business models and software commercialization strategies preferred.

Success will be measured by:

Strategic Alignment
  • Professional Services participation in priority corporate growth programs.
  • Alignment of PS GTM activities with organizational growth priorities.

Market Readiness
  • Readiness of Professional Services organizations to support major growth initiatives and launches.
