Overview

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Lead MTSApplicationEngineer to join our Memory Interface team in San Jose California. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

As a Lead MTSApplicationengineer, the candidate will be reporting toDirectorofApplication andValidation and is a Full-Time position. The engineer will work ondevelopingthevalidation environment across bench and systemforperformance specification compliance using ourDDR5 enablement devices (SPD/TS/PMIC). The engineer will require experience invalidationofdigital ASICandI2C/I3C protocols.

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracinga hybrid approach formostoffice-basedroles.Employeesare encouragedtospend an average of at leastthree days per weekonsite,allowing fortwodaysof remote work.

TheUSsalary range for thisfull-timeposition is $117,300to $167,500.Our salary ranges aredeterminedby role,leveland location. The successful candidates starting pay will bedeterminedbased on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, worklocationand market conditions.
