As an analyst in CX, you will:
- Collaborate with product development, user experience, journey ownership, technology, and other disciplines, serving as a trusted analytics advisor on strategic initiatives.
- Bring structure to ambiguous business questions and translate business objectives into actionable analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize areas of greatest opportunity to improve the client experience and deliver business value.
- Visualize data and tell compelling stories that influence decisions and drive action.
- Measure and communicate the impact of newly developed features, experiences, and initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Develop and continuously improve reporting, measurement frameworks, and analytical processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and business value.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience with Python, SQL, and Data Visualization Required.
