Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game development
• Expert knowledge in key frame creature & character animation using Max/Maya
• Deep understanding of creature anatomy and motion applicable to 3D animation
• Familiarity with game animation practices and standards
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with both motion capture and key frame techniques

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality game animations in collaboration with concept artists and the CCO
• Define animation pipelines for quality and efficiency
• Lead the animation team
• Ensure animation deliverables adhere to project timelines and budgets
• Set quality standards for animation throughout the project
• Establish a system for knowledge sharing across the studio
• Mentor junior animators
