Purpose and Objective:SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist
(multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to design and develop systems, applications, products and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency.
Expectations and Tasks:Provide the expert support in operations. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. Deliver outcomes of assigned projects. Enhance complex systems/processes. Represent SAP to customers. Advocate for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promote the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices, and integrate those into current and future development efforts. Execute technical feasibility studies / solution reviews. Define / review technical blueprint for internal IT projects. Customize and develop enhancements. Implement the solutions. Provide technical documentation. Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement. Participate in de-escalation activities. Contribute to the Build to Run engagement. Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks.
QualificationsEducation and Occupational Experience:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a combination of education and experience as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:
- SAP architecture;
- Advising customers on technical requirements, constraints, and supporting in technical situations throughout the lifecycle;
- Technical planning, implementing, configuring, and integrating SAP solutions;
- Agile methodologies including Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and blended approaches;
- S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools;
- SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with SCP and BTP; and
- Managing SAP environments on Hyperscaler cloud including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $157,810 - $216,128. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $157,810 - $245,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
