Job Title: IT Business Services Senior Consultant (multiple positions available)
Location: 3999 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073
Work Model: Full Remote
Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Business Services Senior Consultant (multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive and execute core central IT functions, e.g. rollout of policies and governance, training, communication, coaching, KPI definition and measurement.
Expectations and Tasks:
Assure that IT Governance topics are covered within the IT projects, IT products and IT internal processes in an appropriate way. Support belonging escalations where necessary. Align with SAP internal functions which cover the same topics. Manage and support the development of strategies that enable the achievement of corporate objectives and provide transparency. Plan, conceive, implement and track strategic and operational Change Management measures. Coach on process and system changes. Identify training demand, plan training activities, consult for training execution, execute training and track training success. Work closely with business to identify business requirements and needs for the provided services. Maintain a holistic view of the overall IT business service portfolio.
Qualifications
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:
3 Client engagement and account management for enterprise cloud or ERP customers;
3 End-to-end enterprise service delivery or program management;
3 SAP architecture, implementation, upgrade, or migration;
3 SLA-based incident and escalation management; and
3 Enterprise infrastructure (on-premise or cloud) supporting ERP systems.
Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:
3 Hyperscalers including GCP, AWS, and Azure;
3 Commercial management of change requests and cost governance;
3 Release and maintenance planning for enterprise systems;
3 Disaster recovery and high availability design;
3 Program and project governance for enterprise cloud or ERP services; and
3 Service performance reporting and analysis.
Travel: Position does require up to 20% domestic and international travel to various unanticipated SAP offices to meet customers regarding engagements.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $127,525 - $196,010. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $135,600 - $230,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
