Full Job Description
IT Desktop Application Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The IT Applications Analyst will be responsible for managing Austin's Cloud enterprise file system and all applications for devices in Austin's portfolio. This role will help facilitate any enterprise application needs of Austin.

Responsibilities

Enterprise File Storage Administration (Egnyte):

    • Manage and govern the organization's cloud-based file storage environment, including user access, permissions, and folder structures.
    • Provide support for file recovery, archive access, and troubleshooting, while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.


Enterprise Systems & Application Support:

    • Administer and support platforms such as Amazon Business, DocuSign, Pype Autospec, P6 (via Citrix), OneStream, and internal build systems.
    • Responsibilities include user access management, configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with system owners and vendors.


Operational Systems Support (APEX & Plant Technologies):

    • Support asphalt plant systems by managing user access, resolving system and data issues, and assisting with the installation, configuration, and testing of plant hardware and software.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability.


Application & Device Management:

    • Oversee enterprise application deployment, configuration, and updates using Microsoft Intune and related MDM solutions.
    • Manage mobile devices and provisioning processes, including Autopilot configuration and lifecycle management.


Access & Identity Management:

    • Administer Active Directory access and support onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access changes for employees, contractors, and partners.
    • Provide backup support for user lifecycle processes as needed.


Technical Support & Escalations:

    • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for enterprise systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
    • Provide guidance on hardware, software, and device configurations across the organization.


  • Additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in area of specialty is highly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Experience with Cloud enterprise file storage, Intune, Defender 365, Ticketing Systems, Construction Field Technologies, Vendor Management, Advising business partners with relevant application solutions.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, customer services, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in management enterprise applications and technical support
