Job Description Summary About the role
The Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Senior Manager for Clinical Neurophysiology Services reports to the Director of Clinical Neurophysiology Services and is responsible for leading and overseeing 24/7 IONM operations across both adult and pediatric services.
This role provides direct leadership to IONM Specialist staff while partnering closely with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant neurophysiologic monitoring services. The IONM Senior Manager plays a critical role in advancing departmental, ICCE, and Medical Center goals, including clinical excellence, operational performance, and accreditation standards.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in neurophysiology or IONM
At least 3 years of leadership or management experience
Certifications:
CNIM (Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) required
Certification in one or more neurodiagnostic registries (e.g., EEG, R. EP T., R. NCS T.) or relevant Bachelor's degree
Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross equivalent)
