Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or construction-related discipline.
• 2-4 years of construction experience, including 1-2 years in Virtual Design and Construction.
• Understanding of construction sequences and technology implementation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D drawings and translating them into Building Information Models (BIM).
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as Revit and Navisworks, with additional knowledge of 4D scheduling tools preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Builds and validates virtual models from specifications and elevations.
• Collaborates on construction-site logistics model development.
• Supervises trade detailing and design deliverables management.
• Reviews project scopes for VDC tool integration during the pursuit stage.
• Works with estimating teams for model compliance checking.
• Facilitates trade partner model coordination and reports to project management.
• Aggregates multidiscipline construction models to ensure adherence to modeling standards.
• Promotes virtual construction tools and shares new technologies to enhance processes.
