Full Job Description
  1. The incumbent will be directly involved with the management of projects related to Calibration, process optimization, troubleshooting, therefore, responsible for the quality of the product provided to client customers
  2. Coaches and supervises direct reports to ensure proper project management and completion of project responsibilities within each customer account
  3. Demonstrated experience in leading small to medium projects within the regulated manufacturing industry.
  4. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, the quantity of equipment, and the skill of personnel.
  5. Patrol and monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.
  6. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
  7. Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
  8. Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation, and monitoring departmental expenditures.
  9. Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.
  10. Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts
  11. Approves Instrumentation Technician's work orders and timesheets for further management review.
  12. Modify program controls; be proficient in analog, digital, and solid-state electronic circuit repair.
  13. Advance operation and administration of databases such as LAN, CalPro, Maximo, SAP, Metasys, PLCs, fire, and security systems.
  14. . Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for area of responsibility. 16. Be knowledgeable of operation and maintenance of CDS installed equipment. 17. Initiate contractor call-in procedures when required to restore building systems. 18. Alert and update designated staff as to current status and prognosis for resumption of normal operations
  15. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, site-specific requirements, and adheres to company standards.

  17. Issue Performance Review Report to employees under his/her supervision.
  18. Complies with MENTOR's administrative requirements timely and consistently in areas such as: weekly reports, updating of CV's, yearly updates of medical/training records, attendance to work, etc.
  19. Attend Project Leaders/Managers meeting, as part of job position strategic commitments, and follow-up on action items discussed.
  20. Other duties as assigned by manager, upper management or by the client.

Education or Equivalent Requirements:

- AD in Electronics or Instrumentation

- BS in a Technical field preferred
