About the role: Aviatrix is seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to accelerate pipeline generation, progress opportunities, and drive full-cycle sales execution in partnership with the broader go-to-market team. The ISR will serve as a trusted resource to both prospects and customers, creating quality pipeline, developing deals, and closing small transactions while supporting strategic opportunities. This role demands curiosity, creativity, and relentless drive to deliver customer value.
Work Schedule:This is a hybrid position that
requires working from our Dallas office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Key Responsibilities Pipeline Creation & Opportunity Development- Conduct 30+ daily outbound calls to prospect and customer accounts to identify, qualify, and progress pipeline.
- Use Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and creative outreach to build personalized campaigns that convert at a high rate.
- Partner with Field Sales, Marketing, and Channel to orchestrate pipeline-building motions across key territories.
Sales Execution & Forecasting- Progress stalled or inactive opportunities by re-engaging prospects and identifying renewed interest.
- Run full-cycle sales motions for small deals, from initial engagement through close.
- Provide hands-on support for larger strategic deals, assisting with qualification, stakeholder mapping, and follow-up.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building- Establish rapport with prospective customers through timely, personalized outreach.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and business drivers to position Aviatrix solutions effectively.
- Deliver value in every interaction by aligning messaging to prospect priorities and guiding them through early-stage evaluation.
- Act as a trusted resource during the buying journey, ensuring a high-quality experience from first touch to qualified handoff or closed deal.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Align closely with Field Sales, Solution Engineering, Channel, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs and coordinated efforts.
- Provide account-level insights and feedback to refine targeting and messaging.
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives that impact customer outcomes.
CRM & Reporting- Maintain accurate CRM records of account activity, opportunity progress, and customer engagement.
- Forecast pipeline and deal progression with precision, using Salesforce and Sales Engagement tools.
- Analyze trends to continuously improve performance and share learnings across the team.
Key RequirementsExperience- 2+ year of demonstrated ability in a customer engaging role i.e. Sales, Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience in pipeline creation, opportunity progression, or full-cycle sales execution.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic understanding of security, cloud networking or enterprise IT solutions a plus.
The Dallas based OTE compensation range for this full-time position is$104,900 - $123,400 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
