Description and RequirementsThe
ISG Field Account Executive serves as the primary infrastructure sales leader within assigned
Healthcare and Corporate accounts and is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group portfolio, including AI infrastructure, servers, storage, edge computing, software, hybrid cloud, and services.
Ideal Candidate should be located in the New England TerritoryThis role partners closely with Lenovo Client Managers who maintain overall responsibility for the customer relationship across ISG, IDG, and SSG. The successful candidate will drive Lenovo's strategic growth priorities through account expansion, AI adoption, infrastructure modernization, storage growth, partner-led engagement, and cross-portfolio collaboration while increasing wallet share and customer value within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned Healthcare and Corporate accounts.
- Drive adoption of Lenovo's ISG portfolio, including AI infrastructure, servers, storage, edge, software, hybrid cloud, and services.
- Create, qualify, and close opportunities while expanding Lenovo's presence within existing customer environments.
- Position Lenovo as a trusted advisor for AI adoption, modernization, resiliency, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Articulate Lenovo's infrastructure value proposition and align solutions to customer business and technology priorities.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Infrastructure Leaders, Clinical Technology Leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business priorities, workloads, technical requirements, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Lenovo Solution Architects, Technical Sales Specialists, Services teams, Healthcare Specialists, and Channel Partners to develop differentiated customer solutions.
- Drive workshops, proof-of-concepts, assessments, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Partner closely with Client Managers to execute coordinated account plans across ISG, IDG, and SSG.
- Drive competitive displacement opportunities and increase Lenovo market share across assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, growth, and pipeline objectives.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience selling into Healthcare systems, provider organizations, research institutions, or Fortune 1000 Corporate accounts.
- Knowledge of healthcare modernization initiatives, AI infrastructure, hybrid cloud, storage, virtualization, and data center technologies.
- Experience with solution-based consultative selling methodologies.
- Proven success selling infrastructure, healthcare IT, cloud, storage, AI, data center, or related enterprise technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop pipeline and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving executive and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed sales environment.
- Ability to travel throughout the Northeast region.

PAY TRANSPARENCYThe anticipated annual compensation range for this position is
123,060-188,646 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com
