Join us as an Information Analyst III within our WFM team and help turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with teams across clinical, financial, regulatory, operational, and people-focused areas to deliver accurate reporting, and capacity planning to improve data quality, and shape solutions that support business performance and better experiences for the people we serve. The Information Analyst III extracts data, produces reports, and evaluates the quality of information to support clinical, financial, regulatory, and/or people data analysis. These analyses contribute to the success of daily operations, tactical and strategic projects, customer service, regulatory, and employee experience programs that have direct bearing on the profitability and competitiveness of the company. Review the work of others in the department and others throughout the company to assess data and analytical accuracy and will take appropriate steps to see that that this reporting meets the standards for accuracy. This role leads work teams, guide less experienced analysts, and will generally work on the most complex requests. This position performs work for every functional area of the company.


What you will do:

  • Confer with business partners on the most complex business topics to determine business needs and report requirements to provide appropriate solutions through extracting and analyzing data for the purpose of increasing revenue, decreasing costs, and/or complying with regulations; organize other analysts and monitor technical efforts to accomplish specific goals.
  • Design, develop, document, maintain, and review data extracts reports, and analyses created from complex ad hoc requests submitted by other employees throughout the company.
  • Peer review the work of others in the department and others throughout the company; assess the peer review skills and processes of departments throughout the company and work with those departments on process improvements.
  • Recommend and evaluate improvements to operational databases, data quality, and productivity; organize and implement changes; train team members.
  • Test and document results consistent with department standards; review the work of others for completeness; create and maintain documentation standards.
  • Develop dashboards to streamline communication of key data metrics and trends.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems, assessing alternatives as appropriate, and implement solutions; identify, analyze, and research errors found in the course of peer review; evaluate new procedures; direct work with other departments to implement solutions.
  • Lead work teams to accomplish specific project goals.
  • Prepare estimates of resources and costs needed to accomplish tasks by assessing the complexity and volume of work against the skills of those expected to complete the tasks.


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Health Care Administration, or a related field or four (4) years’ work experience (Required).
  • Five (5) years of experience in data analytics and/or reporting role (Required).
  • Workforce management experience.
  • Three years of experience in a healthcare discipline.
  • Excellent MS SQL, SAS, Hadoop, programming skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.

National Plus Salary Range:

$92,400.00 - $157,100.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
