Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the overall business development strategy for industrial automation, video and vision, automotive, robotics, humanoid, and autonomous vehicle sectors.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, key customers, and competitive threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Support the global sales team in winning new business and converting priority accounts by providing strategic guidance and market insights.
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate business growth and expand our ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative solutions aligned with market demands and customer requirements.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and business models relevant to industrial and automotive domains.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders to enhance market visibility and influence.
  • Drive internal alignment by collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation, automotive, robotics, FPGA or related fields.
  • Proven track record in business development, strategy, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in industrial and automotive sectors.
  • Experience building and managing high-impact relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and solution development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced technologies such as Intelligent sensors, computer vision, FuSa, Security, AI/ML, Industrial Connectivity, Motor Control ,or autonomous systems.
  • Global business development experience and multicultural team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Established network within industrial and automotive sectors.

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.

For candidates who receive and offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.

Base Pay Range
295000

In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/ incentive compensation and/ or equity. In addition, this role is eligible for a comprehensive, competitive benefits package which may include healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, and more!
