About the role Havenside Construction Group is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives in the Pittsburgh area. You will meet homeowners in their homes, understand what they want to change, and help them choose the right remodeling project. You will sell bathrooms, kitchens, accessibility equipment, and other residential construction projects, most in the $20,000 to $30,000 range.
We provide the leads. You will typically run 2 to 3 pre-set appointments a day. At each one, you will inspect and measure the space, design options on our iPad-based sales system, present pricing, and walk the homeowner through the proposed solution.
You will often be the first person from Havenside a homeowner meets. This role suits a construction-savvy sales professional who builds trust quickly, explains scope clearly, and manages a full field schedule independently.
