Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior-level client management professional to lead multi-office initiatives for the Integrated Absence Solutions (IAS) Practice. The Series Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IAS services, with a primary focus on IAS Regional Account services for clients. This role will manage the listing of all active IAS clients in the Lockton Region and oversee RFP marketing, renewals, and carrier implementation processes being led by the broader IAS team in the Series. The Series Lead will also serve as a go-to resource and subject matter expert for Producers and regional client teams.

Role Expectations
• Become a subject matter expert for IAS services and provide value to clients.
• Act as an IAS ambassador to key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Focus on serving clients and increasing client satisfaction.
• Represent IAS services and the IAS value proposition to Producers, Lockton teams, clients, and prospects.
• Manage services and provide regular project updates to internal teams.
• Travel as needed when located outside assigned regional Lockton offices, including up to one week per month with possible seasonal spikes.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Lockton Series teams and IAS.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IAS services.
• Management of all active IAS clients in the Lockton Region.
• Oversee client RFP marketing and renewal processes being led by the practice.
• Oversee implementation support for leave outsourcing engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lockton Producers and client service teams to identify opportunities, support growth initiatives, and drive successful client outcomes.
• Partner with Lockton Series teams on strategic account planning to identify and advance time away, absence, and disability strategies and initiatives for clients.
• Serve as a mentor and development resource within the IAS practice, supporting associate growth, knowledge sharing, and talent development across the team.
• Identify, champion, and lead strategic initiatives, projects, process improvements, and technology solutions that enhance IAS capabilities, support practice growth, improve service delivery, and address evolving client and Lockton business needs.
• Prepare monthly governance and stewardship reports for IAS and Series stakeholder leadership meetings, including when needed performance scorecards, work in progress, engaged and non-engaged clients, open service items, risks, and escalations.
• Conduct annual planning meetings with each Client Lead in the Lockton Series to discuss IAS service updates, gather feedback, review current and upcoming client work, and align on client needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of IAS services, including RFPs, renewals, benchmarking, market trends, compliance, carrier implementation, and remediation for life, disability, and absence programs.
• Peer review IAS service materials and add strategic content, as needed, before client presentations.
• Support Broker of Record RFPs and attend prospect meetings with Producers.
• Communicate difficult messages to clients and successfully manage client escalations.

Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of consulting and/or brokerage experience or 10 years of carrier experience in the life, disability, and absence management space.
• Strong client-facing skills, including prospecting, delivering difficult renewals, carrier negotiations, and contract management.
• Current knowledge and command of the market, with the technical expertise to discuss the life, disability, and leave environment and articulate how IAS can help or add value to clients.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
