Human Capital Analyst
The Opportunity:

Leads one or more advisory engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions. Applies specific functional knowledge with working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Government personnel data
  • Experience in federal HR, civilian personnel management, or military HR operations
  • Experience with OPM guidelines, Title 5 regulations, and agency-specific HR directives
  • Experience using federal HRIS systems such as USA Staffing, PeopleSoft, or DCPDS
  • Ability to analyze HR datasets and produce actionable insights
  • Ability to maintain compliance with federal HR rules and documentation standards
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working in a federal agency such as the DoD
  • Experience in human capital data engineering, analytics, or process automation
  • Knowledge of organizational workforce planning and personnel readiness frameworks
  • Possession of strong communication and advisory skills for working with leadership and mission partners
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or DAU HR Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
